2nd phone interview- behavioral questions 1 hr.
3rd interview-fly to NYC, stay at hotel, on Accenture's bill, general presentation format by Analysts/associates at Accenture and 2 1:1 interviews with executives at Accenture (4 hrs)

In the assessment centre, there is a group case study which is then presented to managers. Overall, quite a good experience, especially if you have a good team.
Then there is a final round interview. Usually starts with a case study, where the manager might ask about different factors driving/restricting the performance of a firm. Then some behavioural questions. Not too difficult.

First an online assessment, then an online interview with a case study, individual task just naming objects you see on the screen and a half an hour interview with general questions. Final round was an in person interview with competnecy questions and a technology showcase.
