Next was a partnered case study where you listened to a recording of a meeting and had to recall the key actionables and state how you would do these. Finally was a presentation which you prepare for ahead of the interview then some strenghth-based questions. There were several issues with online platform and use of zoom.

There were four rounds, an online application, online assessment, virtual assessment centre (interview and individual and paired activities), this lasted around two hours and wasn't as daunting as I'd initially thought, final interview with a senior manager (including a presentation).
