Fill out an application via Accenture website A week later, a recruiter called me for 30 minute interview. During the recruiter interview, she described the program, expectations, and salary. Afterwards she asks about my background and discuss next steps.

My interview process consisted of a phone interview (very lighthearted call) and the technology showcase/strength based portion. 1. Going into the first one I was very nervous but my recruiter made sure to calm me down and let me know that it was just a friendly conversation. To prepare for this one just go over some basic interview prep questions and be able to talk about your resume comfortably. This is when I was able to figure out which position I actually wanted to apply for. 2. I was simply terrified for this portion but once I got in the interview it wasn't bad at all. After choosing your industry of choice you can decide to make powerpoint slides or just talk about and have some notes. I found that having the slides worked better for me and that's where I was the most comfortable. But anyways, this was another friendly conversation so don't stress too much about it (but make sure to prepare). 3. The strength based portion was the easiest imo, it was just several situational questions just to see how you think (my interviewer made sure I was comfortable before starting so that was a plus as well). You don't really need to prepare much for this just make sure to be yourself. * Had my final interview in October and I'm still waiting to hear back. But overall the interview process wasn't bad at all. My only issue so far is how long I've been waiting to hear back, make sure to be patient lol *
