There were two rounds of Interviews in a span of one week.I got selected in both and HR told that I will be receiving a mail asking me to submit my documents. But I didnt receive any such mail .So I called up HR to ask for the status. Then I get a reply from her saying there is no DEMAND for Bangalore location as of now and there is demand only in Pune now and so I cant expect any offer as of now. When this is the case why did the interviews happen. Such a nonsense process

There will 3 rounds 2 technical 1 HR. They took a week for whole process . It was not project specific in my case. Level of questions are average but while giving location preference be clear for ist and second preference if will give second one sometimes

first schudule inter view then schudule the hr round then manager round then technical round then salary dessucussuion round then release the offer letter submiting all the documents to join
