It wasn't that Hard, they needed people with IT skills and that are not that far from getting the degree in System Engineer. Plus i have great referals from my previous manager for my proactive work.

Got a call from HR and interview was scheduled in a week. Since it was an urgent requirement I finished both my interviews in a span of 8 days. Got a call back from the interviewer for further details on my current role and designation. Then no calls post that. This is not the first time Accenture has done this to me

Round 1(Telephonic) Pretty much resume based and on testing basics, frameworks,projects worked on etc. Round 2(Telephonic at Accenture office) Focused mainly on coding logics, error handling,testing basics, automation approach.
