3 rounds of interviews generally where utmost excellence in performance is expected. The first is an aptitude round which is a hard nut to crack; the technical and HR rounds are where you need to put your best foot forward. It takes a good bit of preparation to get through all rounds. Prepare appropriately.

After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
