Entrevista
The interview process began by submitting a resume to campus career center to determine if you would receive a screening phone interview. Once accepted, a screening interview is completed by a manager within the company to find out more information about you as a person and how you handle situations. If you pass, you will then be given an on-campus interview with the HR recruiter which is behavioral based in hypothetical situations and experiences based on your resume. Lastly, you will be given an opportunity for an office visit where you will go through panel interviews to determine if you will be a good fit with the company and fit the business need.

Interview was very detailed. Recruitment team were great. Always on top of things. They set it all up.
Exhaustive process. Many rounds. Can take up to 4-6 weeks from the start to finish when you have an offer letter.
Initial HR screening is easy. What are you currently doing? Why do you want to join ACN?
Certain rounds are grueling. Especially the behavioral. Where hey ask you detailed scenario based questions.
Skills were relatively straight forward. If you have been working then you shouldn't face any challenges in the skills round.
Partner Closing Interview - most easy relaxed interview ever.

Entrevista
Had three Interviews. The recruiting process is very professional. They treat candidates with respect. First Interview was with the Recruiter, second and third on the technical side. The technical interviewer asked domain questions. Not difficult if you are prepared and have relevant experience. Overall happy with the way they treat candidates during the interview
