Entrevista
Interview and a test of logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude and verbal. The interview took place in a college at DU. It was a cordial affair lasting 15 minutes. Thereafter about 25 other candidates also underwent the same process. Only 3-4 people were hired.

The HR round was the first one - Asked about Why I want to join a tech firm and where do I see myself in next 5 years. What are some of your strengths and weaknesses?

Entrevista
Very long and confusing. Too many irrelevant questions. The interviewer seems to be from a totally different domain. Had multiple rounds stretched to 4 weeks. Not friendly at all. There is significant scope for improvement in the process.
