1 round with the hiring manager: resume deepdive and asking about past experiences. Questions were mostly about the steps that I followed in my previous relevant work experience. No technical questions asked- they probably want to gauge your work style and knowledge

The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply. After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion. But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once. This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.
