1. Colloquio conoscitivo in cui vengono fatte domande generiche sul candidato e sul suo background;
2. Colloquio di gruppo in cui viene affidata una task da risolvere con altre 3-4 persone;
3. Colloquio con il manager

Entered the office, starting with some warm-up questions, then some case studies, and finally some motivational questions. After the interview finished, they asked someone to give me a office tour.

Entrevista
One group case study (approx 60 minutes + 35 minutes twist), one written test (40 minute on a booklet), one 5 minute 1-on-1 small reflection with assessor. If you pass everything, you will be invited to the final interview.

Entrevista
A call with a recruiter then a final round around 2 weeks later. They are very quick like many consulting firms. A lot more behavioral and what would you do if a client did this type of questions.
