The initial interview process was smooth. After the interview, I was informed that the next step would be an assessment (Go Fluent test). However, even after a month, I never received the assessment link. I made multiple follow-up calls and sent several emails to get an update. Initially, I was told the platform had been down for weeks. Later, I was informed that it was back up, but despite my repeated attempts to reach out, I still didn’t receive any further updates. Eventually, I was told that they were moving forward with other candidates and didn’t have any openings at that time, but they would inform me if anything changed.

First they'll send you an assessment link, and after selecting or shortlisting in that round, an HR will contact you and arrange the 1st round of the interview where they'll ask basics about you and your academics, and then there will be a 2nd interview panel where they'll question you about the knowledge you have on the role you applied for.
