Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Accenture (Atenas, , Ática) em abr. de 2025
Entrevista
It was the first interview with the HR and prior to it I had to go through a gamified test. I like that it was not just question after question, but a full own discussion. The interviewer instead of starting with "tell me about yourself" she asked me to describe my experience in chronological order, she wanted to get to know more that the CV. So it was much easier to talk on more detail and to answer clarifying questions as we go on. The rest of the interview had some basic questions on how I would fit in the work model of the team I was interviewed for

First, I submitted my portfolio and resume. Then they sent me a design challenge to complete in a few days. After that, I had a virtual interview where we discussed my process, tools I use, and some previous projects. Lastly, there was a panel round with the design team.

They asked me how I approach solving a UX problem—from understanding the user to wireframing and testing. They really wanted to know my thought process, not just the final design.

Was interviewed directly by the hiring team. Interview was online and casual. Was asked on past experiences and sharing of design portfolio. Not sure if there is a second interview as they did not proceed with me.
