You have an initial call, followed by a second call (if the first went well), then you go into the school for a full day. The calls entail your typical interview questions such as strengths/weaknesses and giving examples of how you handled certain situations.

What was a time you received difficult feedback and how did you handle it?
Recruiter reached out and scheduled an informal 30-minute phone interview, which was followed by an application with essay questions, then a longer scheduled virtual interview including preparing a lesson plan.

Entrevista
Interview was well put together. 2 phone interviews then a final interview with the principal and other figures giving a demo lesson. Also had another one where I practiced in front of a recruiter before my final.

Entrevista
The process is pretty straight forward application, phone interview, references, and demo lesson interview. The demo lesson was a video call due to the epidemic with the school principal, talent acquisition member, and 2 deans. During all exchange of contact they were very genuine and welcoming.
