Applied for the Customer Success Manager role. Went through the interview screening with the recruiter. Followed by another scheduled call with the hiring manager. All done virtually. The recruiter did not reply to any emails after the phone screening, only a month later they replied saying that they went with a different candidate. No transparency in the process.

Online application, interview with recruiter, interview with hiring manager, case study presentation to panel of 3 people w/ discussion. Responses were timely and things moved fairly quickly which was appreciated.
