And haven't heard back from the recruiter after multiple follow-ups for A MONTH. I understand there's the holiday season, but still, that's not an excuse to ghost your candidate.

Recruiter screening, 2-3 early rounds, then super day with 5-6 interviews. 30 minutes to 1 hour each. Spread across a couple of months. Mix of behavioral, experience, and industry knowledge questions, and light technical (excel).
