What made the experience even more disappointing was that compensation details were discussed and negotiated during the very first introduction call. However, after completing all the rounds, I was informed they could not proceed due to budget constraints. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time and effort, as the company should have clarified their affordability and budget alignment before conducting multiple interview rounds. Clear communication and respect for candidates’ time go a long way in maintaining a professional hiring process.
