Easy, it depends on the event you are trying to work for. How you handle crowds, are you a team player? What do you want to join this particular event?
The interview is indeed very fast and easy. The procedure is great. The way they explain everything and what we can expect from the job is top notch. Clear explanation and so on.
They were mass hiring so there was no official interview, only asked a few general questions and they will straight register your information on the spot after a short mass briefing/training.
