Entrevista
The interview came about after a referral from the company looking to hire a contractor. The interview at the company went well, and the skills test from Adecco also went well.
Adecco communicated that the company would not wait more than a few days for an acceptance of the offer. The offer was accepted. Adecco advised that it was appropriate to put in a two week notice at the current employer. A resignation was tendered to the current employer and the offer was accepted not knowing the contingencies of the offer (background check). The background check was failed due to incorrect information and the offer was rescinded. No chance was given to explain the situation.
Overall when it came to the details of the offer the process was handled unprofessionally.
