Interview process was three rounds. First interview was a phone interview with one of the company's recruiters, it was brief, maybe 20 or 30 minutes at most where we just went through my resume. Second interview was a phone interview with the director and manager of strategic sales. We again went over my resume and my portfolio in detail. They sent me a sample project and gave me four days to complete it. They decided to set up a final interview with me after I submitted the sample project.Final interview was in person with the same people from the second interview as well as one of their designers and one other lady. Honestly, the recruiter was amazing and she gave me really great advice and helped me prepare. Unfortunately, even though they can be super high-touch in the interview process if they decide that they don't want you they won't care to respond to emails or get back into contact with you to let you know that they decided to go with another candidate.
