A recuiter contacted me though Linkedin. Then there were three interviews. I went to the offices for jan interview. Afterwards, i went to an interview with a manager and finally I spoke with the director for over thirty minutes.
Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
