My experience with the recruitment process involved three key stages. First, there was an initial screening phase, where my qualifications, experience, and skills were reviewed by the recruitment team to ensure I met the basic requirements for the role. After successfully passing the screening, I proceeded to the second stage, which involved more in-depth assessments, such as technical evaluations or further discussions with the recruiter. Finally, I reached the third stage, where I had an interview with the client. This was a direct interaction with the hiring company to assess my suitability for the role in more detail and to discuss how my experience aligns with their needs.
