Interesting impressions I got from three interviews for the company. The recruiter was upbeat about the company. In the second interview the head of professional services said the company is looking for experienced PM's with knowledge of their software, however, they only have a few experienced hires and have more junior project managers with less experience in understanding the software which they see as a problem, they are caught in a catch 22 situation in hiring.
In addition, the demographics of their team especially technical teams appears to be weighted to the millennial generation and the challenges of accountability of actually working rather than 'surfing' and I suspect different methods of communication. Also to some extent maturity as it appears a common situation in the office when the 'hair is let down' are emotional outbursts and lack of control.
