After reading the job description on an online posting I decided to apply for the position. I was asked simple questions over the phone for a screening. We set up an interview the next week. The interview was very disorganized. When I got to the interview I was asked questions relating to what seemed like a different position. The job posting I had applied to was very misleading and poorly written. He went further in to describing the position which was nothing like the posting which was surprising because I was applying for a marketing position.
