Had to interview with 5 different people. Most of them try to talk you out of wanting the job so in turn you have to overly explain why you want the job and why you should get it. One guy started my interview off by telling me that my college choice sucked and that he'd never hire someone that went there. I did get hired in the end, but some of the questions and comments made were VERY unprofessional (a lot of cussing) and left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I accepted the offer because I was fresh out of college and NEEDED a job.

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Entrevista
Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
