By far the worst interview I've ever had. They required two phone interviews, and in person interview, and a half day "shadow". I live over two hours away from the off (and mentioned this to the recruiter I was working with. She assured me they would schedule me an afternoon interview. I received an email the next telling me to arrive at 7:45am. Each person I interviewed with started our conversation with "This job isn't for everyone. We work long hours and work is our first priority."

The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
