Interview is posative people look and act professionally however appearances are not what they seem. Was promised work from companies if i passed interviews. I worked 2 days and was told i dint take the job seriously. I worked as hard as the lead guy and showed up on time . Managment disconnected from work.force , reps from aerotek did not represent or stand up for me. I showed no weakness was punctual, dressed and acted professionally.
