I was called for an onsite interview, arrived the same day. The interview was friendly and brief, collecting required information to submit my resume to the client for a contract position and immediately went to the client site, interviewed and was hired. The process was quick and desired results were achieved.

First was a phone call to talk about the company and position. Second was a phone interview that lasted roughly 50 minutes with a few behavioral questions and talked more about the position and why I wanted to leave my career path to become a recruiter. Third interview is with a director at the office that lasts about an hour and more behavioral questions.
