Absolutely horrible process, the first call with the recruiter was alright, but the coding live session was horrific. The girl I got had a nasty attitude and whole time wasn't paying attention and did not want to be there. She was also a straight detriment to my session, part of the interview I think was stating assumptions and arriving at requirements together and she did not help. I got a tic tac toe game and I literally said out loud "so can I assume the board will be locked in at 3x3" and she kinda half shook her head yeah so I started coding with this idea in mind. I got a good chunk of the winning condition down before she said, we can't assume the board will be 3x3. I was so frustrated I couldnt help but just laugh a little. The weird part too was that the interview seemingly had a structure as well as some half done chat gpted pdf to help prepare for it, but none of it actually went through or helped. The bottom of the problem had test cases and so eventually I got my code to pass them all, but then she said well these don't cover all of the cases??? Like what you made them???
