Overall process consisted of: screening with HR, interview with CPO, interview with members of product team and a final interview with the CEO (although it wasn't part of the communicated selection process).
Throughout all the interviews the need for a product designer revolved around speciality in UX methodologies, however the rejection feedback after the interview with the CEO mentioned lack of UI skills. Company justifies their feedback with "internal restructuraction" and "shift of needs", which doesn't assure candidates trust towards their internal operations.
