I interviewed for two different positions with Alcoa. One in Whitehall and another outside of Michigan. I wanted to stay in MI. I am assuming I am not getting the position in Whitehall as the old school HR guy won't return my phone calls. Very professional! Working with an Alcoa recruiter in Pittsburgh for another position who is very responsive and so far the feedback is transparent. Keeping my fingers crossed as I have always wanted to work for Alcoa. Two different experiences between the Whitehall guy and the Pittsburgh recruiter.
