Self-Intro 3 Why Career Plan Accomplishment Lots of in-depth questions about the company because every keyword you say can give rise to a "why do you think..." / "what motivates you to do that" question they will ask you. Therefore, be fully prepared for and be fully aware of your answer. They don't give you time to question. You don't need to think of any valuable question. Even you ask, they won't answer you well.
