First interview is with the recruiter, second interview with the hiring manager, and the third one they ask you to come into the office and interview with around 10 different people for a few hours. Took a whole day off from work for the onsite, and felt a bit beaten down at the end. Made me feel like I secured the role just for them to not offer me it at the end.
