I knew it was over when I met the hiring manager in the lobby and she stared at my grey hair with disappointment all the way up to the interview room. The next 5 hours were a waste of time as I sat there knowing I wouldn't get the job and had to answer the same questions over and over with Alexa beeping next to me. But I got a free lunch.
