Previamente, se realiza un test de aptitudes online. Si se pasa esa fase, empieza la fase de entrevistas. Primero fue una entrevista face to face contra un bot. Después vinieron las entrevistas con trabajadores de Amazon

Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
