The interview process was pretty straight forward. The recruiter did a great job funneling over all the necessary information and was available for any queries. The interviewer herself was easy to talk to, had her list of questions prepared, and if you have done your research on Star interview techniques, you will be fine. Also study the leadership principles.

Contacted by a recruiter to set up interview. Once scheduled very detailed information sent to help prep which was great. Interviewed with hiring manager, was told I would be a great fit for the company but did not have the one skill they were looking for.... Mind you that one skill is not listed in my resume or on the job description.
