you usually get hired through a third party company like integrity staffing, then you get hired as long as you pass a "match the item" test and drug test. then if you work hard enough amazon will convert you and hire you themselves.
It was a Very easy process and no interview start when you want to and pick your own shift and location it was drug testing at orientation and they pick your station
