Recruiter called and asked for "Tell me about yourself." via phone screen, subsequently the recruiter just ghosted and did not continue the conversation over the phone. This is quite rude and not acceptable even by recruiting standards

Really long exams before the interview. Interview was not scheduled quickly and I didn't have a lot of time to coordinate with my current job. They also didn't give a lot off information about what the job actually entailed.

The first step, the virtual interview process, was fairly long but easy to navigate and work through, and shortly after, I received an invite to interview in person. However, the location for which they reached out for was for the wrong state.

Manager experience, scenarios where I had to act as a manager
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
