I spoke to a recruiter at my college's business career fair. A couple of weeks later, I was scheduled for a phone interview. The recruiter that interviewed me was great and we actually had a wonderful conversation along with the interview questions. I look forward to the next step in the process.

Tell me about a time you had to give criticism to a peer.
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
