Contacted by recruiter and recruiting manager, had interview with recruiting manager and then the panel. The process took several months. Communication was misleading and recruiter not very professional. Overall it was not a positive experience.

After the application, I completed an online assessment, followed by screening call with a recruiter and then an interview with the hiring manager. Once the process has started, (with the online assessment) it was quite fast.

it was smooth and majorly focused on Amazon Leadership principles , my past experience and role. I had total of 4 rounds related to behavioral questions . I was able to answer all with STAR method and also applied Leadership principles in all to frame my answers.
