You take an assessment online where you will complete word problems, pattern solving, basic arithmetic, simulation based, typing test etc.. It can be a little challenging. Once passed, you may be invited to complete a digital interview with HireVue. You record yourself on video and answer basic questions regarding the role you applied for. If you have come this far, you may also proceed forward in a phone interview. My phone interview was around an hour and 20 minutes. I was asked very many questions regarding my score cards and phone metrics. They are looking for specific numbers, so be prepared. I was also asked several situational questions where they are looking for a STAR based answer. If you pass the phone interview, you will be asked to interview in person with a hiring manager. The hiring manager will also go over phone metrics and situational based questions. This interview was around an hour and 40 minutes for me. Very many questions were asked regarding experience and performance. Be prepared to have that information available and have an answer for the interviewer immediately. After all is done, they will contact you if they would like to offer you a position!

Applied online for merchant services position and got a call for a phone interview a few days later. The phone interview consisted of behavior type questions such as 'tell me a time when". I was set up an interview to meet in person before my phone interview ended. The face to face interview was very relaxed and nice. My interviewer again asked me behavior questions and gave me time to think and answer. I got a call within 2 days offering me the position.
