I initially had a phone call with the recruiter. She gave me details about the position and the company. My first interview, 3 total, was with my manager. It was online and tailored to my schedule and his. He answered all of my questions and was very detailed about what my responsibilities would be. The 2nd and 3rd interviews were on the same day, also scheduled to be convenient for everyone. They were open and welcomed my questions and concerns. I also appreciated they were aware of the time restrictions while making sure I had enough information to decide about taking the job as well as being able to make a solid decision about hiring me.
