Started the process with a recruiter call where the recruiter described the position and asked questions about my background and experience. I then moved on to a teams interview with the manager going over what the company was hoping to accomplish with this position and to evaluate if I may be a fit for the position. Once that was complete, I had panel interview with the team I would be a part of where we discussed where they are in their process and what they would like to see accomplished and to determine if I would be a good addition to the team. The final piece was to interview with the VP of the department, discussing what his expectations where and what he would like to see. Everyone was really easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable to be myself as well as allowing me to discuss my accomplishments and some ideas I had if I were offered the position.
