Phone Screen -> Take home test -> In Person interview
Had a strong evaluation on my take home test but didn't move on due to not being an exact fit for the role. This blind sided me as the phone screen went well and that portion of the application covered experience and fit for the role. I would be wary of applying to this company if you're not an exact match because the take home exam is lengthy and they dont care about wasting your time.

Went over resume and experience during the phone screen. Take home exam was a system design + code problem.
4 stage process:
- phone screen
- take-home project
- phone call with engineering manager
- final meeting/pair programming session with engineering manager and CEO
The recruiter was great at keeping in touch and discussing next steps.

Entrevista
start with a phone screen and was an overall great process. once you get past the phone screen they send you with take home assignment. After which is a video interview with a peer coding assessment.
