Entrevista
My process was very smooth. Recruiter, who is the greatest recruiter i've ever worked with, reached out to me with a beautiful and detailed pamphlet. After moving forward from the initial outreach this was the process:
Phone Screening
Google meet with CEO
Take Home coding test
Technical coding interview with CTO
In person technical (non coding) interview with two members
Recruiter was avaliable to me at all times and very transparent, truly the best recruitment process i've been part of

Take home challenge was building an app
Coding challenge was frontend questions and coding
4 stage process:
- phone screen
- take-home project
- phone call with engineering manager
- final meeting/pair programming session with engineering manager and CEO
The recruiter was great at keeping in touch and discussing next steps.

Phone Screen -> Take home test -> In Person interview
Had a strong evaluation on my take home test but didn't move on due to not being an exact fit for the role. This blind sided me as the phone screen went well and that portion of the application covered experience and fit for the role. I would be wary of applying to this company if you're not an exact match because the take home exam is lengthy and they dont care about wasting your time.
