The interview process is extensive. I can understand how this allows the company to hire and retain great people as employees. There are multiple interviews, one on one, and in a group setting. Recruiter reached out to me on linkedin for multiple roles ..scheduled a HR Call that was about 10 minutes..described about the roles availability and what they are looking for ..After 4 weeks I got an email that they are not moving forward at this time.

Pretty straight forward behavior questions. Long process but super easy. “Tell me about a time when…” “What are your top 3 strengths?” “How you deal with the situation when…” Be sure to use STAR format to answer and you are golden.
