Entrevista
Started with a referral seminar, led to a phone interview then a group interview with 2 store leaders and a HR person. A lot of "why do you want to work here". LOTS of competition, saw a huge group waiting when I got out. I feel I did well but the more sensible part of me says, expect the form rejection letter next week. My attitude, is i gave it my best shot and I may not be their type.

All the four rounds was quiet simple and productive
The last round was to be in contact aith the team and the manager in the team and discuss about the work culture
the interview was multiple rounds, including a phone screen, potential group interview, and one or two face-to-face interviews with store leadership, focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and cultural fit.

Entrevista
First stage was a brief phone interview with someone from headquarters in Cupertino, the second stage was a group video interview with other candidates and a local store manager via Webex.
