Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Apple em nov. de 2011

First phone call was from the regional recruiter who confirms a candidate's interest and set up their interview with the another recruiter. They briefly asked why a candidate would like to join Apple Retail and how the job they apply for is important to them. Additional questions Apple Retail are asked upon to the regional recruiter.
Second phone call was with the interviewer (1 day after the initial, also depends on scheduling), which the interviewing process, I believe, was pleasant. Most of the interview questions one could find on the web, which I prepared and written ahead of time. However, there were 3 questions or so that I could have thought a little longer. Questions, such as, on the importance of teamwork, a time when resolving conflict, or how a candidate keeps up with technology.

3 stages.
First stage: group of 30 or so people. Intro to Apple morals and introduction of employees in the room. Be prepared to introduce yourself and your passions. Later you will do a group interview.
Second stage: formal interview with two supervisors. Usual questions; describe past scenarios, introduce yourself and passions.
Third and final stage: meet with market leader (district manager) and store lead (store manager) same questions as before.
Note: be sure to ask them what you are being interviewed for. I applied for a full time creative or genius and was being interviewed for a part time specialist (associate.) I am very turned off by that, in no part in my application or questionnaire on the first day did I say I wanted part time anything.

This was unlike any interview I have been a part of. The interviewees were broken up into smaller groups and then interviewed together at maybe five or six various interview stations by a number of different Apple employees. We were asked to describe a time we received exceptional customer service and to discuss what we were passionate about, among other things. The format made a lot of the interviewees visually uncomfortable, and I count myself among them.
I got the sense that they weren't looking for fanboys, but I honestly cannot say exactly what they were looking for.
