Got a call from the recruiter for screening. Then it was an initial interview with the hiring manager. Different Questions based on my resume was asked and some coding questions related to the position

Recruiter reached out to set up a call. Then immediately proceeded to set up a coding interview without giving me a call to explain the role or the process. Did a phone coding interview. It was okay. No one ever got back to me after. I followed up several times but was ghosted.
