I had a 15 to 20 mins chat with the recruiter, who described what the role was about and what skills they are looking for. Then the recruiter set up a technical interview with a hiring manager for me.
4 interviews, seemed to go well, never heard from them again. During the interview process, I met with every person on the team that I would be working with, and verbally they all seemed like an offer was on the table, however, I was completely ghosted.
The interviewer came late and asked nonsense. He behaved super unprofessional and eat during the interview process. Finally, he ended the meeting 10 mins earlier. Bad experience and cautious about people related to manufacturing.
