The interview process is pretty straightforward there are 3 steps. Initial Phone interview, then a zoom interview with other candidates and then a final in person interview, The questions are also the typical questions you find anywhere

Q: What was one instance you failed and what did you learn from it.
Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
There were some scheduling questions asking about what times the candidates could work. Then 3 STAR questions like tell me about a time where you had to handle an unsatisfied customer.

Only made it one round. First interview is over the phone. Very basic questions to start just to feel you out before they move on to conduct the in person interview
